PAYMENT & DELIVERY TERMS

BY CASH REMITTANCE OR EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer);

You can make payments to our bank account with the IBAN NO: TR37 0006 4000 0013 4330 4047 77 at Türkiye Ä°ÅŸ Bankası.

 

ONLINE WITH YOUR CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS;

You can use our online LS (lump sum) or Installment options with your MASTER CARD / VISA / AMERICAN EXPRESS or TROY credit / debit card. In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your card at the end of your order. Refunds to your credit card will be made within 7 working days, due to possible order cancellations or stock problems.

 

REFUNDS 

In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; UTKAN EMEK SEÇGÄ°N US MÄ°MARLIK Ä°NÅžAAT DIÅž TÄ°CARET will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within seven work days. However, you must report your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to the financial authorities of our company.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery time to the local cargo company is five (5) work days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of any delay.

In order for the product to be delivered without delay, please state the address of your current location as the delivery address.

You can discuss on different delivery terms by consulting our customer representative. Free shipping deliveries are only valid for Turkey.

 

TRACKING PAYMENT

Customers are informed at the end of the payment page, if the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem.

The orderer will be informed regarding the undeliverable order due to the problems of address information.

The validity of the e-mail address specified by the customer is confirmed by the auto sent e-mail after the order is transferred.

We are responsible to the bank, where we use the credit card system, as well as the customer, for the realization of the delivery.

 

Please be carefull!

 

Open and check the packages, that you think were damaged during shipment, in front of the cargo company representative. Do not accept the delivery and make a report with the cargo company representative if you think that there is any damage on the product.

 

It is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is delivered.

 

If the product is damaged: Please send the report you have prepared and the invoice together with the product to the whatsapp line at +90 530 8235205 and to info@elephantscraft.com as soon as possible. If you perform these operations, we will start working on your delivery to be repeated as soon as possible.
