If you think there is an error in the products you received, you can write a message on +90 530 823 52 05 via whatsapp or send an e-mail to within 7 days. In case the error is caused by the manufacturer, you can send it to our address by cargo, and request a refund or exchange. The right of return cannot be used for "Custom Made" products.



You can return the product you have purchased unopened, unused, or unharmed within (7) days from the delivery date. Please send an email to with your invoice number and order number, specifying the reason for the return before returning the product. Our company will contact you as soon as we receive your e-mail, and you will be informed about returning process. The invoice issued in your name should be sent back together with the product. You will recieve another product or the cost of the product will be refunded to your credit card. Cargo costs of the returning product will be borne by you.



Products damaged during transportation should not be received and a report regarding the damage should be attached to the transportation company. The product should not be returned if the product is unharmed due to small dents that might be on the surface of the box or packaging. However, it will be deemed that the transport company has fulfilled their duty upon the goods are received by you. We will deliver a new product tas soon as possible, after the damage report of the rejected product is delivered to our company. 



Please send an e-mail to containing your invoice and order numbers, stating the errors of the faulty products that were not noticed during the delivery and occurred in the application. Your return reason will be reviewed and you will receive a feedback. If your reason is deemed appropriate, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one after the invoice is sent to our address together with the returned product; Cargo costs of the returning product will be borne by you.
